The observation of the black bear happens at the end of the day in the forest. Aboard our bus, you will be transported to the observation site, where you can climb a tower for an exceptional view. Our experienced guide is ready to do anything so that you can see the bears. It is a magnificent animal which does not seem to care about anything and which arrives with a slow step, but how nervous at the slightest unusual noise. Completely in their natural habitat, sometimes you have to be patient. Simultaneously, you can admire nature with the blue jay, hare, squirrel, woodpecker, etc.

The return is between 6 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
Please note, the mosquito repellent, always useful in the forest.
No walking in the forest.

You must present yourself at the reception by 3:45 p.m. for registration. After everyone has registered, the guide will give you the information before leaving for the forest. You will be transported by bus to the site. The driver drops you off at the foot of the observation tower where access is very easy. It may take a little patience before the arrival of one or more bears.

No refunds
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the bears. They are in their natural environment. There is no fence around them and are free to go where they want to go. In addition, we do everything possible to attract them, but it is them, who have the last word.

Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation made seven (7) days before the date of the activity, no costs.
Inside a week preceding the scheduled date of the activity, up to 24 hours before the activity, costs of 50% will be required.
If you do not present yourself or if you cancel inside at 24 hours before the activity, the total costs will be charged to you.
In the event of extreme climatic conditions, only the management reserves the right to cancel the activity with reimbursement of 100% of the costs to the customer if the latter has already spent. We can postpone the activity if possible for you, in the even season.
